I really forget that I have had a blog since 2005, and yet this has fewer posts than my twitter account. I have had 29 posts on twitter. The original purpose of this blog was to discuss some of the ridiculous images of African-Americans that I would see in the news, sports, entertainment. The focus would be the news and just some of the stereotypical images.
I had even found time to download a number of news stories from across the country portraying blacks, whites, Asians, and Latinos in negative light. It seemed like I found more negative black stories enough to have between 90-120 minutes worth on 4 DVDs. The negative stories on whites were abundant, about 3 DVDs worth. The positive stories on the other hand, are there but much harder to find especially in local news.
The project was satirically titled low moments in black America, because it just seemed like the most ridiculous situations would be put on the news. Ironically, a lot the same things would occur in different ethnicity's without the comments or fervor.

I feel that Blacks have historically been exploited more vividly than any other race. All races generally fight the same battles in life and amongst each other to a certain degree. So why has the spot light been favored towards African Americans?
